Chet H. Olsen is a partner at Sage Law Partners in Culver City. Chet has extensive experience representing the owners and operators of restaurant groups, including Nobu Matsuhisa, House of An (owners and operators of the AN / Crustacean group of restaurants), Culinary Lab Partners (Hinoki and the Bird, 33 Taps and Pizzeria Ortica), Lemonade, Slapfish, ROC, Seoul Sausage, Café Vida, Asian Box, Kogi, TacoDeli as well as numerous franchisees and franchisors.  Chet is also legal counsel to competitive eater Takeru Kobayashi.
Prior to completing law school at McGeorge School of Law, Chet spent five years working in the California Legislature as Chief of Staff to the Speaker Pro Tempore of the California State Assembly.  Chet also has a Masters degree from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
