Southern California Restaurant Design Group, a division of the IFE Group, was established in 2014 to offer full turnkey services to the restaurant industry. Michael Benson – President
Mike’s 30 years of experience in logistics and food service equipment industry offers a unique perspective to his clients. Mike approaches each client’s needs individually to ensure the design, build, and installation of the project fits properly to the location and end goals. This approach to his government food service division has had tremendous success. Mike brings this knowledge and experience to his commercial food service division, Southern California Restaurant Design Group.

Lindsey Green– Project Administrator
Lindsey Green started her career in the restaurant business as a server while attending Arizona State University. After graduating, she continued her serving career moving her way up from lead trainer to assist manager. After her 7-year serving career, Lindsey pursued the opportunity to further her career in the building/installation perspective of the restaurant industry. Today, Lindsey has over 5 years of experience as lead administrator for numerous types of projects in related to kitchen equipment. Projects have involved restaurants, schools, casinos, hotels and hospitals.

Jessica Zarley – Controller
Jessica is the Finance Department head overseeing financial operations, cash flow and forecasting for the company. She has a dedicated staff at the headquarter office along with a sales and support team in the field. Jessica has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting within several industries including the government sector, travel industry and ecommerce.
